3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.181 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.181 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
