ORDER

Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking for the issuance of a mandamus to direct the respondents to issue appointment order to her for the post of Post Graduate Assistant - Tamil in view of the selection made by the first respondent in Roll No.14PG01320047 and the consequential orders of the third respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.8347/A2/2014 dated 25.03.2015. 2.The petitioner states that she was selected for the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) by Teachers Recruitment Board and certificate verification was also conducted, however, no appointment order was issued. Hence, this Court on 07.04.2015, ordered notice before admission. Today, a counter affidavit is filed, stating that the petitioner obtained B.Ed. Degree while she was continuing her M.A. Degree.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader has brought to my notice para 2 of the affidavit filed by the petitioner herself in support of the writ petition. The simultaneous study of both degrees is disapproved by this Court by order dated 12.11.2014 in W.P.No.26275 of 2014. The writ petitioner therein filed an appeal in W.A.No.53 of 2015 and the same was also dismissed by the Division Bench by judgment dated 23.01.2015.

4.In view of the above judgment of the Division Bench, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
