1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to amend the 7th line in paragraph 5 and paragraph 5(b) of the order of this Court, dated, 04.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.1866 of 2020, by replacing the phrases, "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore" with "Judicial Magistrate, Ambur" and by deleting the word "daily", respectively.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the Registry is directed to amend the 7th line in paragraph 5 of the order dated, 04.02.2020, by replacing the phrases, "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore" with "Judicial Magistrate, Ambur" and to amend the paragraph 5(b) of the order dated, 04.02.2020, by deleting the word "daily". After carrying out the said amendments, fresh copies may be issued to the concerned parties. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
