ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.191 of 2008 within a reasonable time framed as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Though FIR was registered in the year 2008, it was stayed by the order of this Court in Crl O.P.No.16983 of 2008 and ultimately stay was vacated and petition was dismissed only on 27.03.2014. Thereafter, the respondent Police conducted investigation of the case effectively. Taking into the consideration of the nature of allegations, this court directs the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the appropriate Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
