(The case has been heard through video conference) These applications have been filed to restore the C.M.As, which was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner failed to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court in the condone delay applications filed by them to condone the delay in filing the appeal.
2. The petitioner has now complied with the conditional order as seen from the receipts dated 17.08.2021 issued by the High Court Legal Service Committee by paying a sum of Rs.300/- each in terms of the conditional order.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of both the applications. The respondents have also been duly served and their names have been printed in the cause list today.
Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the Registry is directed to number the appeals if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 20.09.2021.
