On 24.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and also counsel for the petitioner did not file any proof of service for notice of the respondents. Therefore, this Court adjourned the matter to 14.09.2020 for filing proof of service in respect of the notice to the respondents and ordered that if the petitioner fails to file affidavit of service, the civil revision petition itself shall stand dismissed automatically. 3.
It is seen that the civil revision petition is of the year 2013. On 17.04.2013, notice of motion was ordered and permitted the petitioner to take notice. Even till today, the petitioner failed to take any notice and also did not file any batta to take notice to the respondents herein. 4.
Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
