ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent not to transfer / modify or issue a fresh Patta to any person / persons except in the names of the petitioner(s) herein, dispose of the Petitioner's Representation dated 06.06.2020 given to the 4th Respondent accordingly.

2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the fourth respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
