The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 226 days in filing this Revision against the order passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore dismissing the appeal in Crl. Appeal No.548 of 2018 by an order dated 22.11.2021, confirming the conviction and sentence u/s 138 Negotiable Instruments Act passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract, Magistrate Level-2, Coimbatore dated 26.11.2018 in C.C.No.33 of 2014.

2. Though notice was served and the name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, however, none appeared on his behalf.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
