ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2022 and thereby direct the respondents to make necessary corrections and include the name of the petitioner and her sons namely Ashok and Suresh Kumar in the Family Pension Book and to grant family pension to the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
