The petitioner has impugned the proceedings of the first respondent dated 25.05.2012, by which the petitioner's application for grant of patta has been rejected to enable the petitioner to produce the legal heirship certificate and other records so that the authority can consider the application on merits. However, instead of re-submitting the application the petitioner has come to this Court seeking to quash the impugned proceedings. The impugned proceedings is not an order, only an intimation to the petitioner calling upon him to produce the necessary records.

Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to resubmit the application along with all documents called for and if the petitioner resubmits the application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
