CMP.No.3742/2022 in SA.No.507/2020 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the name of Mr.M.Sivakumar, as the President of the 3rd respondent School, in the place of Mr.S.Govindaraj, who expired on 06.09.2021.

2.A Memo dated 03.02.2022 is filed by the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - School. In the Memo, it has been stated that the President of the 3rd respondent - School Mr.S.Govindaraj, died on 06.09.2021 and one Mr.M.Sivakumar, was elected as the new President by the School Committee. It is further stated in the Memo that the learned counsel for the appellant has also been intimated about the election of new President Mr.M.Sivakumar, vide communication/notice dated 02.02.2022. The request of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent is to bring on record, Mr.M.Sivakumar, as the President to represent the 3rd respondent-School.

3.Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the Memo dated 03.02.2022 is accepted.

4.The 3rd respondent hereinafter is to be read as ''S.I.Alagarsamy Chettiar Higher Secondary School, rep.by its President, Mr.M.Sivakumar, No.3, Adam Sahib Street, Royapuram, Chennai 600 013.''

5.Registry is directed to make necessary amendment/substitution in the Memorandum of Grounds of Appeal, Cause title and wherever it is appropriate.
