ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of punishment by the second respondent dated 12.12.2023.

2. On perusal of the impugned order, there is a statutory appeal remedy is available to the petitioner as against the order of punishment passed by the 2nd respondent before the Appellate Authority. Though, the time has expired, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal as against the order of punishment passed by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is being Appellate Authority is directed to dispose the appeal and the interim applications if any after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
