The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.169 of 2013, registered by the respondent police for the offences under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act. 2.It is stated that a Non-bailable warrant had been issued against the petitioner on 12.02.2014 and it had been executed only on 24.01.2024 after nearly 10 years.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had absconded judicial process for a period of ten years, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.02.2024 ata C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
