Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through video conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, receiver has already been appointed by this Court, however, the vehicle could not be secured, and in the meantime, award has also been passed. In such view of the matter, it is always open to the applicant to enforce the award in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this application is closed.
