Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.S. SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Mr.Iyyanar, Surveyor, Mylapore Taluk, present before this Court and produced the Register (Permanent Land Record Register) maintained by his office.

The Tahsildar, Mylapore is directed to file a report as to whether the property in New Door No.1(Old Door No.50) Superiguntapuram Lane(formerly known as No.51, Burrach Sahib Garden Street and Keeral Cherry, Mount Road, Madras - 600 002, is declared as Slum Area, as per G.O.No.378, Housing dated 02.11.1972 or not. Post on 25/7/2019.
