Original Application Nos.226 to 228 of 2017 S.VIMALA, J., Original Application No.266 of 2017 has been filed by the applicant seeking for an order of interim injunction against the Respondent, his men, agents and representatives from disturbing or interfering in any manner whatsoever with the peaceful use, occupation and enjoyment of the premises admeasuring around 40619 Sq.ft located at No.61, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Vadapalani, Chennai.

Original Application No.227 of 2017 has been filed by the applicant seeking for an order of interim injunction against the Respondent, his men, agents and representatives from terminating or taking any coercive steps towards termination of the lease of the premises admeasuring around 40619 sq.ft located at No.16, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Vadapalani, Chennai.

Original Application No.228 of 2017 has been filed by the applicant seeking for an order of interim injunction against the Respondent, his, men, agents and representatives from disturbing or interfering in any manner whatsoever with the functioning of the Ginger Hotel established in the premises admeasuring around 40619 sq.ft Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Vadapalani, Chennai. 4.Heard the learned counsel apperaing for both sides.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the Applicant, in these Applications, will not be evicted from the premises, except by following the due process of law. The respondent, in each of the above Applications, has also filed an affidavit, before this court, today, to the said effect.
