Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry and cancel the sale deed forgedly registered at 4th respondent Office made by the petitioner's son and executed by the petitioner and his wife in favour of the petitioner's son and his father-in-law namely under Senior Citizen Act, 2007.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry and cancel the sale deed forgedly registered at 4th respondent Office made by the petitioner's son and executed by the petitioner and his wife in favour of the respondents 5 & 6 under Senior Citizen Act, 2007 which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent without passing any order.

2. In view of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 & 6 and after giving opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
