This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.57 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court on 29.08.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
