ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Since Advocate Commissioner has been appointed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, such Advocate Commissioner is directed to take immediate expeditious steps in terms of the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, dated June 03, 2020 to enable the petitioner herein to obtain the assets purchased in course of the auction.
2. The respondent-bank will immediately reach a copy of this order to Advocate Commissioner for immediate appropriate steps being taken, so that the possession of the purchased asset is received by the petitioner within a fortnight from date. W.P.No.5133 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
