ORDER

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.V.Anandamurthy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd to 4th respondents.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the 2nd to 4th respondents from in any manner evicting or interfering with her possession and allotment in the premises J Block, No.3, Lloyds Colony, Royapettah Chennai - 600 014, pursuant to the order of eviction dated 24.03.2017.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner was evicted from the premises and the respondents have also sealed the said premises on 26.04.2017. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 10.04.2017 as against the order of eviction dated 24.03.2017.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter for the reason that the petitioner was already evicted from the premises and the premises was also sealed by the authorities. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
