This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Vignesh Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 1 and Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 4.

The delay is only 30 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
