ORDER
The writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to return the petitioner's original certificate and documents along with his post-graduate and super speciality degree certificates.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate placed on record a communication dated 24.02.2026 issued by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, the second respondent herein, wherein the Dean, Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai, has been requested to take immediate action to return all the original certificates of the petitioner Dr.S.Zameer Ahmad, Non-Service Post Graduate in DM (MGE).
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly recorded. The petitioner is at liberty to
approach the Dean, Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai and get all his original certificates. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
