This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16682 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23541 of 2022 on 08.11.2022 to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
