ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the Ayira Vaisiya Sangam for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims to be the Secretary of Ayira Vaisiya Sangam and he claims that he has been duly authorized to file this writ petition on behalf of Ayira Vaisiya Sangam. He claims that Ayira Vaisiya Sangam is in possession of the property for long number of years. He seeks for issuance of patta in the name of Ayira Vaisiya Sangam for the Page No.2 of 6
subject property. He had given a representation dated 09.08.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of Ayira Vaisiya Sangam for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due consideration Page No.3 of 6
to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, if any, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
