This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate the complaint in Cr.No.36/2014 and submit final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is almost completed and if eight weeks time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.
