ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for seeking direction against the respondent to regularise the petitioner's non-employment period from 09.02.2007 to 04.03.2010 as duty period as per Fundamental Rules and grant arrears of salary as per the Fundamental Rules.
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
