ORDER

By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the letters of the petitioner dated 06.10.2016 considering the petitioner's statement given on 23.11.2016 based on the enquiry dated 23.11.2016 within a fixed time frame.

3.According to the petitioner, she filed a suit in O.S.No.56 of 2016 for partition and that the fourth respondent is trying to encumber the property in favour of respondents 5 to 9. Further, she made a representation dated 06.10.2016 and the same is pending for consideration. Having conducted enquiry, the respondents 2 and 3 have not disposed of her representation. Hence, this writ petition is filed.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5.Considering the fact that the enquiry has already been conducted, this court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter directs the authority concerned to dispose of the

petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2016 based on the enquiry conducted on 23.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
