The writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 30.01.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to admit the petitioner's daughter Jannesa Seona in its School.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle.
