Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to sub-divide and mutate patta for the land comprised in 18/3A, measuring to an extent of Acres 38.50 cents situated at Melnemili Village, Melmalaiyanoor Taluk, Villupuram District based upon petitioner's On-line application dated 20.11.2020, vide Application No.2020/0103/07/238745 and 27.11.2020, vide Application No.2020/0105/07/299275 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to sub-divide and mutate patta for the land comprised in 18/3A, measuring to an extent of Acres 38.50 cents situated at Melnemili Village, Melmalaiyanoor Taluk, Villupuram District based upon petitioner's On-line application dated 20.11.2020, vide Application No.2020/0103/07/238745 and 27.11.2020, vide Application No.2020/0105/07/299275 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the office of the Tahsildar, second respondent herein. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the On-line application of the petitioner dated 20.11.2020 through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021.
