This writ petition, admittedly, concerns a private temple. The petitioner has, simply for the purpose of maintaining the writ petition arrayed the District Collector, office of the HR&CE Department, the Sub-Collector, the Tahsildar and Inspector of Police as respondents.

2.This Court neither appreciates, nor will encourage this. The representation, of which he seeks disposal, is dated 09.02.2022 and he has approached this Court immediately upon the heels filing the same. Hence, this writ petition is also dismissed as premature. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
