This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.07.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11730 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent to either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, in Crime No.9 of 2021, within a period of six months.

This Court by an order dated 26.04.2022, directed the respondent to file final report and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance before this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent filed final report in Crime No.9 of 2021, before the concerned Court on 18.04.2022. 4.
