Respondents 1 to 3 in all WPs Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration directing the respondents to declare the councilor elections held respectively for (i) ward No.57, (ii) ward No.98 and (iii) ward No.58, Madurai Corporation 2022 is illegal, null

and void and consequently direct the respondents to conduct fresh election for the said ward with the protection of the Central Auxillary Force.
