Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.385 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.
2.For the offence Under Sections 465, 467, 468, 420,120(B) of I.P.C, this Court has granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 24.01.2022 on condition that the petitioner should appear before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday at 10.30.a.m., Further, the petitioner has reported only for the past two weeks. Now, he seeks for relaxation.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the offence is related to cheating and forgery of records, the appearance of the petitioner is necessary for completion of investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above facts, the petition for relaxation for anticipatory bail condition is dismissed.
