Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that during the currency of the Civil Revision Petition, the original suit in O.S.No.643 of 2005 was dismissed for default by II Additional District Munsif, Vridhachalam. The respondent has not so far filed application to restore the suit.
