ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.04.2015.
2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by her respective counsel.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 11.04.2015, on 12.04.2015, CSR.No.151 of 2015 was assigned. When the counter petitioner approached this Court by way of filing a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C in Crl.O.P.No.9771 of 2015, this Court directed the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner to appear before the mediation centre. respondent Police advised both of them to approach the mediation centre and closed the complaint dated 11.04.2015 and presently, there is no complaint is pending.
