O R D E R

(Delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed to seek compliance of the order dated 11 July, 2013, passed by this Court in W.P.No.28294 of 2013.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous and makes an endorsement to that effect as under:- "The fourth respondent in W.P.No.28294/2013 has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.2622 of 2015 and the same was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court directing the respondents to remove the encroachment within a period of 3 weeks. Hence this contempt petition may be dismissed as infructuous."

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. mvs.
