ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 17.03.2016 in form CCPA with the prescribed fee for the grant of a Autorickshaw permit and to consider the same.

2. Mr.P.V. Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 17.03.2016 and consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner for grant of Autorickshaw permit, in respect of the Vehicle bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registration No.TN.51 B-5512* on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
