(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 294(b), and 306 of I.P.C. in Crime No.1747 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Vinodhkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
