3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and already liberty was given to the petitioner to workout her remedy through DVAC proceedings, this Court finds no reasons to modify Paragraph No.10 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.1710 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
