Mr.Purujit Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per G.O.(Ms.)No.225 Health & Family Welfare (N1) Department dated 17.07.2012, the petitioner was not given any benefits.
2. Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner who was working as Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director of Health Services and he was not given any monetary benefits as per G.O.(Ms.)No.225 Health & Family Welfare (N1) Department dated 17.07.2012. When his pay is not revised in terms of G.O.(Ms.)No.225 Health & Family Welfare (N1) Department, it is absolutely not necessary to pass any orders in this petition.
3. Recording the above said submissions, this writ petition stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
