This application has been filed seeking permission to sue as an indigent person.

2. It is found that the petitioner was permitted to institute the suit as indigent person on 06.03.2019 and upon dismissal of the suit, she has filed the instant appeal again seeking permission to prosecute the appeal as an indigent person.

3. Hence, this petition will stand allowed in terms of Order 44 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, dispensing with the enquiry into the status of the petitioner's indigency. It will however be open to the respondents or the District Collector to seek revocation of the order, in case it is found that the petitioner has got means to pay the Court fee.
