Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, petitioner has not been paid salary from the year 2014 despite his reinstatement. He further submitted that, as directed by the 4th respondent, petitioner paid professional tax and receipt of the payment of professional tax was also received by the 4th respondent.

2. In answer to this, learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that, petitioner has not produced IT returns and therefore the salary bills could not be produced and submitted. When petitioner has not been paid salary from 2014, how is that, 4th respondent can except the petitioner to file IT Returns, that is not acceptable. Therefore 4th respondent is directed to immediately prepare the salary bill of the petitioner from the year 2014 and take appropriate steps for paying salary due to the petitioner from the year 2014 till date.
