ORDER
Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Ms.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. 2.The petitioner made a representation on 26.12.2016 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
first respondent with respect to the exchange of alternative land equal to the extent of open space reservation land in Survey No.282/2 in Saravanampatti Village. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed.
3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for and taking note of the pendency of the representation with the first respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 26.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
