ORDER

For the disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.9896 of 2015, this Court initiated Suo Motu Contempt proceedings against the Contemnor as per order dated 28.04.2015 made in W.P.No.9896 of 2015 and M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015.

2. This contempt petition came up for hearing on 02.06.2015 and this Court passed the following order : "Pursuant to the order of this Court, Contemnor is present and his appearance is dispensed with. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that Special Provident Fund and Earned Leave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ encashment of the petitioner would be given within a

week. It is stated that General Provident Fund was already paid.

In view of the aforesaid developments, a direction is issued to the respondents to submit pension proposals and a copy of the same shall be produced before this Court on 16.06.2015.

Post this matter on 16.06.2015.

3. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Contemnor complying with the above said directions. Recording the same, this suo motu contempt proceedings is closed.
