Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 04.03.2017 within a stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr. C.Prakasam.

ORDER

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for

final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 within a time frame.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation on 04.03.2017 to cancel the documents which were executed by forging the original documents, the same has not yet been disposed of till date.

4. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after giving notice to all the parties connected with the sale deeds and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017, after giving notice to all the parties connected with the disputed documents and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
