ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner claiming that he is a driver of the Toyota Etios car and he is no way connected with the contra band viz., 2400 Hans pocket, 25 bags each contains 90 grams weighing to 5000 Vimal Gutka, 5 bags each containing 30 grams of 5000 V1 Jartha Tobacco products seized from the vehicle. The contrabands are ingredients for manufacturing Mava/ Gutka. The owner of the contraband is still at large and the police are unable to trace them and arrest. In the said circumstances, this court is of the view the grant of bail to the petitioner, who were party to the illegal transport of the contraband will tamper the investigation. Hence, the petition for bail stands dismissed.
