This petition is filed to modify the condition No.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4702 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi in Crime No.74 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify condition No. 3 imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 4702 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station daily, morning at 10:00 a.m. and evening at 5:00 p.m. for a period of seven days. It is made clear that, excepting the said modification, in all other respects, the order dated 11.12.2024 shall remain unaltered. 20.02.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 2/4
