being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the 6th and 7th respondents name and restore the petitioner name in the revenue records based on the title deed dated 30.08.2005 possessed by the petitioner herein for the landed property in Survey No.13/1 and New Survey No.13/1AC (Old Survey No.13) and now assigned in New Town Survey No.17 & 18 admeasuring an extent of 8510 Sq.feet (Nearly 0.20 cents) situated at Netteri Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

When the matter came up for hearing on 27.02.2025, this Court took into consideration the fact that C.R.P.No.538 of 2025 was pending. Hence, this Court wanted to await final orders in the CRP and thereafter to extend the time sought for by the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram.
2.Through a letter dated 21.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the CRP has already been disposed of 2/4
on 06.03.2025. A copy of the order was also annexed along with the letter. In view of the above, extension of time sought for by the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram, is granted and there shall be a direction to complete the proceedings within a period of three (3) months. This order shall be communicated to the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram.
