W.P.No.4318 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.4425 of 2022 M.DHANDAPANI. J., This matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that though it was submitted that the respondents would take possession only after following the due process of law, however, inadvertently, it has been typed as if possession has been taken. Therefore, necessary correction be made to paragraph No.4 of the order dated 28.02.2022.

3. A perusal of paragraph No.4 reveals that an erroneous submission has been recorded. Accordingly paragraph No.4 of the order dated 28.02.2022 passed by this Court shall stand replaced with the following: "4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they 1/3

will not enter into the property without following due process of law, and if the property of the petitioner is required then the respondents will take possession of the same after initiating appropriate acquisition proceedings."

4. Registry is directed to change the above mentioned paragraph No.4 of the order dated 28.02.2022 and issue fresh order copy to the parties. 30.03.2022 jd/rap 2/3
