O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 06.09.2021 in W.P. No.18626 of 2021 by the respondents.

On behalf of the first respondent, an affidavit is filed wherein, it is stated that the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Science) with effect from 14.10.2020 into the S.B.M. High School, Namakkal has been approved vide proceedings in Rc.No.10497/A2/2021 dated 19.06.2023 subject to the outcome of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P. (C) No.005742 of 2023. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed that the respondents issued proceedings dated 19.06.2023. 2/4

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, in my considered view, further adjudication in this contempt case is not required.
